FAQs

Do you offer same-day delivery?

No. We ship all over the US, but everything comes from Indiana. We're working to partner with some physical retailers for stock at walk-in locations and will keep you updated!

Do you sell gift cards?

Not yet, but if we get lots of requests, we will. We're more likely to begin a loyalty program first, where you earn points toward future purchases.

How will you use my information?

To process your payment and send you your products.
If you sign up for a loyalty program in the future, we'll also use it to send birthday points, and to inform you if we ever begin a marketing email program so you can opt out.

What is your return policy?

Unused products can be returned for a full refund of the product cost.

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Used products are not eligible for returns.

Products that are damaged during shipping are eligible if you submit photos of the item within 48 hrs of delivery.
